It’s the perfect base to explore everything Las Vegas has to offer.

Your studio room No.1, which is located on the ground floor has a separate entrance door at the left side of the house, features a small kitchen, an attached private bathroom comes with a comfortable bed, desk, ample storage space, air purifier and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The room is spacious and beautifully furnished, providing a serene retreat after a day of exploration. This home away from home is also equipped with Tesla charging station for your convenience if needed as well.

Other Details to Note

Full kitchen and laundry room are in the main house. Please respect the space and other guests by maintaining cleanliness, following the house rules and observing quiet hours. You may request a room clean for an additional fee during your stay. If you choose to accept this service, I will request money from you through the Airbnb portal. Please supply paper. Advise when ink is low. -Please advise if something is broken or doesn't work asap. -Stickers are available in your room or in the cabinet Number "0", please put stickers on any items you put outside your room. Otherwise, they may be thrown away if there is no sticker on the item. -Each guest has a cabinet and shelf in Refrigerator in the kitchen marked by Room number. There is an extra Refrigerator either in the garage or laundry room. -The Common Area will be cleaned weekly. -Mail will be left in the mail holder at that time. The mail will be recycled weekly. We won’t hold any responsibility for missing mails or packages. Before check out, please make sure to empty the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator shelves of your items.
